Your rental fee includes access to the building and a venue representative on-site throughout your event.

The rental fee is based on an 8-hour window. Please remember your rental time will need to account for set up (~2 hours) and clean up time (~1 hour). Additional hours may be available to be purchased.

Friday and Saturday events end at midnight with last call at 11:30pm. Your vendors need to be out of the building by 1:00am.

Weekday events (Sunday through Thursday) end at 10:00pm with last call at 9:30pm. Your vendors need to be out of the building by 11:00pm.

Capacity will depend on the layout of your event. The main floor and the basement are approximately 1900 square feet each. This is roughly 80 guests (per floor) for a seated meal or 150 (per floor) for a cocktail (standing) reception.

In general, this is a single event facility, but multiple events could be possible.

Yes, there is a parking lot adjacent to the venue and on-street parking also.

Currently we do have any in-house rentals. We would be happy to make recommendations or help you coordinate this, or you are welcome to coordinate on your own. As your event gets closer, we’ll ask to see your rental agreement to make sure you aren’t missing anything.

Our preferred vendor list is currently in development, so you are welcome to bring any caterer you wish. Your chosen caterer will need to provide a copy of their business license and proof of insurance.

Yes, the property includes outdoor event space in addition to the indoor venue, ideal for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or additional gathering areas.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season (spring/summer/fall) and around high-demand periods like the 2027 Sundance Film Festival in Boulder.

Avant Garde Event Services handles all the alcohol service. We do not allow you to bring or serve your own alcohol.

Liability insurance is required. The certificate of insurance must include (1) Minimum $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability per occurrence, which must include Defense Cost Coverage outside the limis of liability and Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the Ivy Social House.

Your deposit is partially refundable up to 30 days before your event. After that point, cancelling your event will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. If you reschedule your event outside of 30 days, your deposit will be applied to your new date.
